Terms of Service

►Payment:
Full payment is required upon approval of the sketch. Payment can be made through PayPal or Ko-fi.►Usage Rights:
You grant me permission to use the commissioned characters for posts and advertising.►Turnaround Time:
Turnaround time is not set in stone as I have commitments outside of art.►Updates:
Updates will be provided as and when they are ready.►Revisions:
Up to 2 revisions are included in the initial fee. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.►Communication:
Communication will be conducted through Ko-fi, Discord, X or email if provided. I will respond as soon as I have a significant update.►Intellectual Property:
I retain the copyright of all artwork. The image is for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
As such, posting of my art done on social media should be linked back to me through tagging or linking.►File Delivery:
Final files will be delivered via Discord, Ko-fi or Email, if provided, (to preserve quality) upon completion.►Client Responsibilities:
Clients must provide accurate information and reference materials to ensure the commission meets their expectations.►Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If terminated, any work done up to that point will be billed accordingly.
